Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC is seeking a Mass Tort Attorney with 2–3 years of litigation experience to represent individuals injured by corporate negligence, defective drugs and medical devices.

You will manage complex cases, including class actions and MDLs, from intake through resolution, as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. The role supports remote, hybrid or on-site work with occasional travel for depositions and hearings.

Formación

• JD and active Alabama bar license in good standing
• 2–3 years of mass torts, class actions or MDLs
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Comfort interpreting medical records, scientific data and technical reports
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management software
• Client-focused, collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and investigate claims involving medical injuries, pharmaceuticals and medical devices
• Build case strategy, review medical records and assess liability
• Manage a docket of complex cases in state and federal court
• Draft pleadings, motions and discovery, and take and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences and trials, including bellwether trials, class certification and Daubert hearings
• Keep clients informed and supported throughout the process
• Partner with paralegals, investigators, co-counsel and outside experts
• Stay current on pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer protection law, including JPML coordination
