Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll LLP in Washington, DC, seeks attorneys to join our Amazon Flex Driver Mass Arbitration team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to public service through private practice, with remote work and potential office space in DC.

You will lead arbitrations, build relationships with driver claimants, and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with the team. At least three years of experience and bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in litigation (civil or criminal) or government investigations.
• Active bar membership in the applicable state or CA/IL/MA is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all stages of arbitrations, including motions practice, discovery, hearing preparation, and final hearings.
• Develop strong attorney-client relationships with Amazon Flex driver claimants.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to develop and execute legal strategies.
