Job summary

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP in the New York City metropolitan area is expanding its mass arbitration practice. Lead matters with autonomy, mentor junior attorneys, and shape strategies across data privacy and consumer claims.

You will manage deadlines, filings, interface with clients and co-counsel, and oversee junior teams while collaborating with tech teams on LK's proprietary systems. The role offers base salary ranges of $120k–$170k (Remote/National) and $140k–$200k (NYC), with performance bonuses

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5–7 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred) including consumer/privacy/mass arbitration matters.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently through investigation, motion practice, discovery, and arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Lead mass arbitration matters within larger portfolios, managing deadlines, filings, and case progression independently.
• Draft and argue substantive motions with supervision; contribute to arbitration strategy, discovery, and hearing preparation.
• Interface directly with clients, co-counsel, and defense counsel with professionalism and clarity.
• Oversee small teams of junior attorneys or analysts to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across filings.
• Shape case strategy by identifying emerging trends in the law and contributing creative legal theories in data privacy, consumer protection, and technology-driven claims.
• Collaborate with legal operations and tech teams to streamline workflows and leverage mass arbitration systems.
• Drive quality and accountability: maintain sub-5% revision rates and ensure deadlines are met.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5-7 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side, defense, or regulatory), ideally plaintiff-side, including consumer, privacy, or mass arbitration matters.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently from initial investigation through motion practice, discovery, and arbitration proceedings.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills with minimal need for substantive revision.
• Confidence in oral advocacy - capable of arguing motions or managing hearings and depositions under limited supervision.
• Strong organizational discipline and comfort managing multiple active dockets simultaneously.
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys and staff, setting standards of precision and judgment.
• Comfort working with or adapting to tech-enabled litigation systems; familiarity with e-discovery, automation tools, or data analytics is a plus.
