Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Growth team, building solutions that enroll and engage new clients by aligning marketing and sales initiatives.

You will lead discovery, define requirements, write user stories, and drive the delivery of scalable martech platforms with measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with business owners, data analysts, and developers to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in marketing technology, healthcare tech, or SaaS.
• Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Experience delivering martech solutions that improve marketing and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, definition and execution for martech platforms driving Growth (marketing and sales).
• Write detailed user stories with business rationale and measurable outcomes.
• Develop short- and long-term roadmaps delivering maximum value with minimum risk.
• Collaborate with business owners, data analysts and developers to translate strategy into requirements and delivery.
• Monitor live user workflows and key metrics, iterating based on feedback.
