Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in martech, tech-enabled services, or SaaS.
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Healthcare technology product experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to define vision, constraints, priorities, and end state, and advocate for this perspective.
- Optimize live user workflows and monitor key metrics and user feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and users to understand requirements, design solutions, test hypotheses, and support execution.
- Write detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements, and success criteria defined by measurable outcomes.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps delivering maximum value with minimal risk and ongoing iteration.
