Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Data Product Manager, Marketing Technology to own Martech capabilities, lead lead flow, data integrations, and platform optimizations across Marketing, IT, Digital and Data teams.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, drive scalable solutions, and measure outcomes with OKRs and KPIs. This role offers remote-friendly work and a base pay range of $116,400 to $192,100, plus equity where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, or related field.
• Strong experience with Marketing automation systems and data platforms.
• Proven experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, IT, Data, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the data product owner for Marketing Technology initiatives, capturing feedback and translating needs into Martech capabilities.
• Define and manage clear business requirements, data quality, integrations, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Digital, and Data teams to align roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Lead cross-functional lifecycle activities: discovery, requirements, sprint planning, reviews, testing, and release readiness.
