Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience selling on Amazon/Walmart with an e-commerce-first CPG brand.
• Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and market share on online marketplaces.
• Experience leading large, complex projects from strategy to launch to scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketplace strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand presence.
• Optimize product listings with SEO, A/B testing, and enhanced content.
• Implement pricing strategies via demand forecasting and data analysis.
• Manage promotions (Lightning Deals, Coupons, Seasonal Discounts) and analyze impact.
• Oversee Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect campaigns, including budgeting and bid strategy.
• Coordinate with supply chain to maintain stock and minimize stockouts.
