Job summary

Podean, a leading marketplace agency, seeks an Account Manager to partner with tier-one clients and the Podean team to develop and execute Amazon and marketplace strategies. You will drive client relationships, cross-functional delivery, and data-driven growth initiatives across media, retail, and creative solutions.

You will manage senior client relationships, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, and contribute to agency growth through onboarding, SOPs, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace marketing.
• Agency experience with multiple client accounts.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and translate strategy into outcomes.
• Excellent communicator across levels, from C-suite to junior analysts.
• Highly organized, commercially sharp, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end, primary contact for senior stakeholders.
• Develop annual marketplace strategies, marketing plans, and supply chain recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with media, retail, creative, and sales teams.
• Monitor marketplace updates and translate opportunities into recommendations.
• Support new business pitches and contribute to SOPs and thought leadership.
