Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other digital commerce platforms. We are hiring a Senior Director, Marketplace Media to lead our US and Canada media team and set the standard for how Podean wins on Amazon.

This senior leadership role focuses on strategy, people, and systems to scale the agency, driving client results with Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and AMC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in performance media.
• 5+ years leading Amazon Ads strategy for brands, ideally within an agency.

Responsibilities

• Define the media strategy playbook across Amazon ads, DSP, and streaming TV ads.
• Lead and coach Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers in US/Canada.
• Oversee bid tech, tooling, and AI roadmap; drive platform partnerships.
• Set QA standards for pacing, harvesting, and account health.
• Lead AI adoption in media management and turn innovations into repeatable processes.
• Grow the team and ensure alignment with client outcomes.
