Job summary

Presence leads teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs and seeks a Marketing Web Developer to own the website, ensuring security, accessibility, and user‑friendly experiences while growing visibility across search channels.

You will translate Figma design systems into production‑ready WordPress builds, collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams, and drive end‑to‑end projects from brief to launch, with up to 10% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and maintaining production websites, with substantial WordPress experience.
• PHP and custom WordPress theme or plugin development.
• Git and modern development workflows, ideally on WP Engine.
• REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager for measuring web and marketing performance.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• In‑depth SEO knowledge and a track record of AI search visibility.
• WCAG 2.2 knowledge and handling of sensitive data.
• Experience owning a production system with patching and access practices.
• Translate a Figma design system into a polished, on‑brand page.
• Self-directed with strong prioritization and remote collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own website projects end-to-end, from brief through launch with clear success metrics.
• Support migrations or redesigns in collaboration with Marketing leadership.
• Drive SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility and implement on-page best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze opportunities to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with content teams to align website content with optimization goals.
• Build automated reporting on web and search performance and present insights.
