Harness is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join the Marketing Team. You will build and optimize our marketing website, collaborate with designers and content teams, and implement dynamic content using Webflow CMS. Focus on performance, accessibility, and SEO while translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect pages.

You will work remotely from Argentina, contributing to global campaigns and integrations, with a fast-moving startup cadence and a strong emphasis on quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing Webflow websites in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Design Fluency with UX/UI principles and ability to work with Figma designs.
• SEO/AEO & performance optimization for Webflow sites.
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics.
• Collaboration & communication across Marketing & Growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize marketing web pages using Webflow.
• Manage Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content structures.
• Implement Figma designs with pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness.
• Ensure site performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Implement custom HTML/CSS/JS and third-party integrations.
• Conduct QA across browsers and devices; collaborate cross-team.
