Job summary

Lumelight is seeking a Web & Digital Marketing Designer to design, build, and QA responsive webpages in WordPress using Elementor. This remote, full-time role collaborates with Marketing, SEO, Sales, Product and Leadership to deliver brand-consistent digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years in web/digital design, plus proficiency in WordPress/Elementor, Adobe CC, HTML/CSS, and strong typography and accessibility skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design or digital marketing design.
• Experience designing, building, updating, publishing, and QA of WordPress websites using Elementor.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, publish, and QA responsive webpages and landing pages in WordPress using Elementor.
• Create and manage templates, global styles, reusable sections, and design-system components.
• Implement on-page SEO practices including metadata, headings, alt text, internal links, and schema markup.
• Collaborate with marketing, SEO, sales, product and leadership to translate objectives into compelling visuals.
• Produce marketing collateral, digital assets, and multimedia content.
• Maintain brand standards and accessibility in all outputs.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines and publishing workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and content production.
