Catena Solutions is seeking a Marketing Strategist Project Manager to own end-to-end client relationships and drive growth across a portfolio of independent optometry practices. This remote role sits on the East Coast or Central Time zones and requires strategic leadership across onboarding, retention, and expansion.

You will lead discovery, define marketing objectives, create scopes of work, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in patient bookings and revenue

Formación

• 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record working with small to mid-sized businesses.
• Demonstrated experience owning client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of accounts.
• Proven ability to operate in a consultative, solutions-oriented environment – diagnosing client needs and recommending tailored strategies.
• Strong command of digital marketing channels, performance measurement, and how to evaluate ROI across tactics.
• Experience managing cross-functional execution – coordinating internal teams to deliver against client commitments.
• Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in an agency or client services environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), and project management tools (e.g. Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead client-facing strategy conversations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-moving environment.
