Job summary

Merch Pier is seeking a creative Marketing Manager (independent contractor, about 20 hours/week) to grow our social presence, lead seasonal campaigns, and help build a separate corporate swag brand. This fully remote role is US-based with a strong preference for Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You’ll manage Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, run influencer campaigns, and track results, using AI tools to drive ideas.

Qualifications

• Approximately three years of marketing experience.
• Hands-on social media management experience.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Proactive communication and deadline discipline.
• Familiarity with Pinterest and Instagram advertising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok including organic content planning and posting.
• Develop about four seasonal campaigns annually with production coordination.
• Manage gifting campaigns with 20–30 influencers incl outreach and follow-up.
• Receive campaign products and distribute to influencers.
• Test and evaluate influencer and customer content for Pinterest/Instagram ads.
• Track campaign performance and lead-generation results.
• Support development of a separate corporate swag brand.
