Payless Kitchen Cabinets & Bath Makeover is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to support our marketing team. This remote, part-time role focuses on producing engaging multimedia content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, while shaping campaigns and branding across platforms.

The position offers paid training, weekly pay, and potential transition to full-time after 3 months based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
• Experience creating short-form content such as Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media engagement and content trends.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to assist with content creation and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, reels, and other social media assets.
• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Assist with planning, curating, and scheduling social media content according to brand guidelines, promotions, and marketing goals.
• Edit before-and-after videos highlighting kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and other remodeling projects.
• Repurpose customer testimonials, project photos, videos, and reviews into engaging social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and reputation teams to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Use AI tools and other digital platforms to improve and streamline content production while maintaining creativity and quality.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist in preparing weekly content performance reports.
• Participate in and initiate conversations within relevant local online community groups to increase brand awareness and visibility.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, design trends, AI tools, and content strategies.
• Contribute creative ideas for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations.
• Organize and maintain digital creative and design files.
• Revise and improve content and designs based on feedback from management and the marketing team.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.
