Job Title : Remote Marketing / Sales Director

Job Description :

The Remote Marketing / Sales Director will be at the forefront of our marketing department, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our companys goals and values. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and leadership to effectively promote our brand, engage with our target audience, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel market, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Lead the marketing team in the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company objectives and market needs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges within the travel industry.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Manage partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to expand our market reach and brand recognition.
