Job summary

Cella Inc is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. You will champion the marketing operating model and partner with teams to ensure delivery through Workfront.

The role requires 6+ years in marketing project management, experience in regulated industries, and a PMP or degree in marketing/communications. This is a fully remote US-based contract with benefits through Randstad.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing project management.
• Experience in financial institutions or highly regulated companies.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management/administration or PMP certification.
• Prior experience in marketing agency environments.
• Strong understanding of standard creative deliverables and execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Creates and actively manages comprehensive project plans, including workback schedules and stakeholder mapping.
• Looks for synergies across projects and connects teams across the organization.
• Owns project context, stakeholders, statuses, controls, communications, and Workfront data health.
• Schedules meetings, reviews, and weekly forums with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Drives and tracks every deliverable, flags at-risk items, and elevates issues when needed.
• Sets up Workfront projects for resourcing, reporting, and audit purposes.
