Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Development) to lead national marketing projects and optimize processes remotely from the USA. The role provides project management and operational leadership within the Marketing Department to advance the mission through well-delivered campaigns and cross-department collaboration.

Requirements include a marketing-related degree and 1–2 years of PM or marketing experience, with familiarity in Outlook, Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional project management or marketing experience; 3+ years desired.
• Willingness to travel periodically to InterVarsity meetings and Madison, WI for remote work.
• Prior experience with InterVarsity or campus ministry desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor campaigns and projects to support department goals and mission.
• Delegate tasks and manage project production.
• Set agendas for meetings and track next steps and tasks.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, well-documented project delivery.
• Act as air-traffic controller for Marketing processes and cross-department coordination.
• Track metrics and prepare requested analytics reports.
• Manage meeting coordination and vendor files as needed.
• Stay current with software used by InterVarsity to support Marketing functions.
