Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Project Manager I to provide efficient project management and develop programs for ministry impact. This remote-friendly role supports planning, execution, and evaluation of projects with a focus on on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and reporting metrics to PMO.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, preferably in ministry or nonprofit settings.
Ability to plan, develop and evaluate projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee projects as assigned, coordinating with intradepartmental colleagues and external partners as needed.
Collaborate with PMO to accelerate ministry delivery and ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget results.
Document preparation and content management for projects.
Create and maintain project management resources and reporting metrics for PMO.
Participate in cross-departmental meetings and uphold organizational policies.
