Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Remote Marketing Manager to establish and execute B2B marketing strategies for acquired businesses and new ventures. The role focuses on corporate marketing initiatives and launches with an emphasis on B2B markets.

The candidate will drive go-to-market plans, partner with business owners preparing to launch, and build a 6–12 month roadmap to establish a strong marketing presence; strong MS Office skills required.

Position Title: Remote Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Compensation: $60.00 - $64.00 /Per Hour

As my client's company continues to acquire businesses and launch new ventures, they need a Marketing Manager who can help establish and execute marketing strategies for businesses that do not already have them in place. This candidate will support both corporate marketing initiatives and individual business launches, with a focus on B2B marketing rather than consumer-facing marketing.

Technical Qualifications:

1) B2B Marketing Experience: Must have direct experience marketing products or services to other businesses, rather than primarily to consumers.

2) New Business Launch Experience: Experience developing marketing strategies and bringing new businesses, products, or services to market.

3) Financial Services or Insurance Experience

4) Microsoft Office Proficiency: Must be comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Key responsibilities include:

• Helping acquired businesses develop a go-to-market strategy if they do not already have one established.
• Partnering with business owners who are preparing to launch a new business within the next 1–2 months. Learn about the business, determine how it should be positioned in the market, and identify the essential marketing initiatives needed on day one.
• Developing a clear roadmap of next steps and help businesses establish their marketing presence over the first 6–12 months.
• Managing the various moving pieces involved in marketing strategy development, business launches, and ongoing initiatives.
