Job summary

Telestream is seeking a Marketing Program and Brand Manager to own planning, production and delivery of marketing campaigns, leading AI-assisted content and ensuring brand consistency across channels. The role builds AI-ready templates, prompts and guardrails while managing timelines, dependencies and approvals across campaigns, events, sales enablement and customer marketing.

The position collaborates with Marketing, Product, Sales and executive leadership, reports into Marketing, and requires

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in B2B marketing program or campaign management.
• Experience producing marketing content across formats (presentations, collateral, social, web, video).
• Hands-on use of AI tools for content and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign program management with calendars and status reporting.
• Drive content production across multimedia channels.
• Maintain brand guidelines and AI-ready guardrails.
• Develop templates and prompts for AI-driven assets.
• Lead creative projects from concept to delivery.
