Job summary

Suralink Inc. seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage HubSpot workflows, lists, and reports, ensuring clean data and accurate attribution. You will support campaign operations and lead lifecycle management within a remote-first, fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations, grow skills in BI and data enrichment, and help optimize our demand generation and pipeline reporting through HubSpot and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations, including hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows, lists, properties, and reports.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data work (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning and importing data).
• Exposure to BI tools, SQL or AI tools that improve operational efficiency.
• HubSpot Academy certifications such as Marketing Hub Software or Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, and campaign assets.
• Support campaign and webinar operations end to end, including list builds and data cleanup.
• Manage lead lifecycle processes and troubleshoot routing and lifecycle issues.
• Apply and QA attribution and UTM standards for accurate reporting.
• Develop HubSpot reports and dashboards for funnel and pipeline performance.
• Document processes and train Marketing users on new features.
