Job summary

Suralink Inc. is seeking a HubSpot-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to manage workflows, data, and reporting behind demand generation and pipeline. You will build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, and campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and clean integrations.

You will partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations, gain exposure to BI tools, SQL, and AI-enabled processes, and grow into more strategic responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations or related field.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows, lists, properties, and reports.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data work (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning).
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document processes for non-technical teammates.
• Exposure to HubSpot custom objects, integrations, or data enrichment tools.
• Interest in BI tools, SQL, or AI tools that speed up operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, and campaign assets.
• Support campaign and webinar operations end to end (list builds, registrations, follow-up).
• Support lead management and lifecycle stage processes; troubleshoot routing/lifecycle issues.
• Apply and QA attribution and UTM standards for accurate reporting.
• Support Marketing CRM administration (properties, pipeline hygiene, user issues).
• Monitor HubSpot integrations with marketing tech stack and resolve data sync issues.
• Run data quality audits (duplicates, enrichment gaps, standardization, imports).
• Create HubSpot reports and dashboards for funnel, campaign, and pipeline performance.
