Job summary

Kobie is a remote-first marketing loyalty partner, seeking a Marketing Ops Developer to own campaign HTML/CSS and journey development. You’ll ensure accurate rendering, build reusable components, and work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to configure journeys and personalization.

You’ll collaborate with Campaign Managers and QA Analysts to deploy high-volume campaigns, run A/B/MVT tests, and maintain build standards. A 1–3 year background in email/digital campaigns is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in email development and digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with at least one enterprise campaign platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Foundational understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with accurate rendering across devices and clients.
• Build modular components and adapt client templates to campaign requirements.
• Test rendering across clients using Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Build and deploy outbound campaigns in Kobie platforms and client systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization per strategy.
• Own final deployment for campaigns and ensure on-time delivery.
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests; coordinate asset handoffs; document best practices.
