Job summary

Kobie Marketing, a remote-friendly loyalty marketing specialist, is seeking a Marketing Ops Developer to own HTML/campaign execution. You’ll build templates, test rendering, and deploy outbound campaigns in Kobie platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You’ll work with Campaign Managers and QA Analysts to ensure accuracy, on-brand delivery, and timely launches, applying A/B tests and personalization to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for email and cross-client rendering.
• Experience with at least one enterprise campaign platform — Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Foundational understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows within a campaign platform.
• Familiarity with campaign automation concepts: triggers, lifecycles, re-engagements, and deployment.
• Understanding of A/B and MVT testing mechanics and test plan execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with accurate rendering across devices and clients.
• Build reusable modular components and adapt templates to campaign requirements.
• Test email rendering across clients and devices using Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Build and deploy outbound campaigns in Kobie-hosted platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure journey logic, audience segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens.
• Own the final deployment step for campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners; identify gaps.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards within Development.
• Follow platform tooling standards and governance by Campaign Management.
