Job summary

Kobie is hiring a Marketing Ops Developer to own the HTML/email development and campaign deployment. You’ll work across two core areas: HTML email development and journey/campaign orchestration, using Kobie-hosted platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You’ll configure journeys, test emails, personalize content, and ensure on-time delivery. A/B/MVT testing will be executed with cross‑team collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
