Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain and offers an at‑home EEG platform for clinical development. We are seeking a Clinical Study Operations Manager to drive startup through close‑out, coordinating with sponsors, project teams, and sites to ensure high‑quality, compliant study execution.

You will coach teams on GCP/compliance, manage onboarding/training, and monitor timelines to deliver studies on schedule while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead study startup activities and document development.
• Collaborate with sponsors and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clinical sites and ensure smooth operations.
• Train research sites on device use and study protocols.
• Monitor progress to ensure timelines, protocols, and quality.
• Coach peers on GCP, documentation, versioning, and complaint management.
• Escalate operational issues using Zendesk and Asana.
• Provide site feedback to improve devices and workflows.
