Job summary

Beacon Biosignals, a leading at-home EEG diagnostics company, seeks a Marketing Operations professional to run CRM, data workflows, and digital campaigns. You will partner with RevOps to optimize attribution, manage Lead/Nurture programs, and maintain content across Framer Webflow CMS.

You’ll own events, editorial calendars, and cross‑functional projects, while supporting messaging for clinicians and researchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics.
• Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, marketing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, actionable data across diagnostics marketing and sales systems.
• Implement tagging structures and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Own day-to-day execution within our CRM: email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management.
• Maintain and update Diagnostic-specific pages on our website; coordinate with designers on content refreshes.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar and LinkedIn presence; track awareness days and milestones.
• Track campaigns, ROI analysis, and manage vendor communications.
