Job summary

Remote Worker LTD. seeks a Marketing Operations role owner to manage weekly dashboards, the ClickUp workflow, landing pages, and email sequences. You will coordinate editors, ensure timely delivery, and automate repeatable processes using Claude, ChatGPT, and other tools.

You will build scalable systems for the marketing team, drive quality checks, and align with the Head of Growth on overall strategy. This is a fully remote, full-time role with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations or funnel-build role with measurable results.
• Built and maintained a ClickUp workspace used by others.
• Built pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign/Klaviyo/HubSpot.
• Noticed when numbers don’t add up; owns recurring tasks like weekly reports.
• Coordinated freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines.
• Proficient with Claude or similar AI tools and automated at least one workflow.
• Excellent written English; able to draft procedures and reports read by the team.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: maintain weekly dashboard, cost per call, ROAS, writer-level KPIs; monthly funnel summary.
• Systems: manage ClickUp marketing pipeline, statuses, dashboards, templates, intake from Slack.
• Quality control: implement a compliance & QA checklist for ads and emails; track launches.
• Builds: develop landing pages and funnel pages; manage email sequences and automations in ActiveCampaign/HubSpot; set up split-tests.
• Video editors: coordinate briefs, briefs flow, turnaround targets, onboarding; ensure timely delivery.
• Head of Growth week: keep deliverables visible, flag risks, manage calendar and access.
• Automation: leverage Claude, ChatGPT to automate reporting, QA, and procedures.
