Job summary

Cyclops is seeking a Marketing Operations & Data Manager to optimize the marketing function for a payments-focused stablecoin platform. You will oversee analytics, data-driven campaigns, and the integration of marketing tools to improve CAC, LTV, and pipeline quality.

This remote-first role requires deep payments industry knowledge and experience with SEO, ABM, and attribution. You will partner with product and sales to align strategy with Cyclops' mission and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Paid search and SEO mastery for B2B in tech/payments.
Proven ability to build dashboards and attribution models.
Experience with MAP and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

Marketing analytics and reporting — build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversions, and attribution.
Event and field marketing analytics — measure ROI and post-event attribution for conferences.
Marketing tech stack — own tools selection, implementation, and integration; CRM hygiene and lead routing.
Digital presence and SEO — manage organic search data layer, keyword tracking, and rank monitoring.
AIO and GEO tracking — track AI-generated results and develop playbooks to boost presence.
Partner campaign operations — manage marketing campaigns with clients and partners.
ABM infrastructure — maintain target account lists and measurement for payments buyers.
Competitive intelligence — publish regular briefs on digital presence and search share.
