Job summary

Cyclops is seeking a hands-on People Operations & Operations Specialist to help scale our team and processes in a fully remote environment across the United States. You’ll own core People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle while supporting broader business operations in a fast-moving startup.

• 2–5 years in People Ops, HR, or related roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

• Resourceful with ownership and initiative.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding through offboarding across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding logistics, access, equipment, and training schedules.
• Maintain accurate employee records and org documentation.
• Support employee engagement and team events.
• Assist with performance management and feedback cycles.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine employee questions.
• Support HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination, and other People Ops processes.
