HighLevel is offering a 6-month Apprenticeship in Marketing Operations, designed to give hands-on exposure to landing pages, campaign QA, CRM automations, email/SMS setup, forms, tracking and internal marketing systems. The role emphasizes quick learning, initiative, and accountability in a remote India setting.

You will work with cross-functional teams, test campaigns before launch, and document processes while gaining practical experience in AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Interest in AI, marketing operations, marketing technology, web support, automation.
• Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, forms, email campaigns or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, or HighLevel is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS or no-code/low-code tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to carefully test work before launch.
• Ability to follow instructions, document steps and ask questions when something is unclear.

Responsabilités

• Support the setup, testing and QA of marketing landing pages, forms, funnels, emails and campaign assets.
• Assist with basic website updates, page edits and content population across marketing properties.
• Help test links, forms, buttons, tracking, UTM parameters and user flows before campaigns launch.
• Support email, SMS and WhatsApp campaign setup under the guidance of the Marketing Operations team.
• Assist with basic automation workflows, trigger links, forms, surveys and campaign routing.
• Help document repeatable processes, setup steps and internal best practices.
