Job summary

HighLevel invites applications for an entry-level Apprenticeship in Marketing Operations in a remote-India setting. The program runs for six months starting October 2026, offering hands-on exposure to landing pages, campaigns, QA, and CRM automations under senior guidance.

You will learn campaign setup, content population, and basic automation while contributing to testing and documentation across marketing properties with AI-assisted research and output optimization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, CS, Web Development, or Digital Media.
• Familiarity with marketing operations, automation, CRM tools, or email campaigns.
• Willingness to learn HighLevel and internal marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, testing and QA of marketing landing pages, forms, funnels, emails and campaign assets.
• Assist with basic website updates and content population across marketing properties.
• Understand UTM tracking, campaign links, A/B testing and digital marketing performance.
• Help test links, forms, tracking, and user flows before campaigns launch.
• Support email, SMS and WhatsApp campaign setup under guidance of Marketing Operations team.
• Assist with basic automation workflows and campaign routing.
