Job summary

United Tech is seeking a Marketing Motion Designer to craft engaging video and static creatives for performance campaigns. You will move fast, experiment boldly, and directly influence campaign results across social platforms.

You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to push creative boundaries, leverage AI tools, and grow your design and marketing craft in a fast-paced IT product company that values ownership and results.

Qualifications

1–2 years in digital design or marketing design team
Proficient in creating digital ad creatives for social platforms
Able to analyze market trends and adapt visuals to performance goals
Experience with AI tools in creative workflows

Responsibilities

Develop digital creatives for advertising across Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
Research and analyze competitor creatives, trends, and best practices
Scale creative production with AI without compromising quality
Continuously improve processes and expand the team’s creative toolkit
Grow in design and marketing creativity through hands-on practice
Proactively suggest new formats, ideas, and visual solutions
