Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on experience running marketing projects end-to-end.
• Strong background with consumer-facing brands.
• Excellent English communication for global audience.
• Analytical mindset to measure and optimize metrics.
• Experience across content, social media, and community.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Hands-on AI experience in products/funnels/copy workflows or agents.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive/public-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple marketing projects end-to-end, from scoping to launch to results tracking.
• Analyze market and audience feedback, turning insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute content and community strategies with internal teams and external agencies.
• Establish brand presence across social media and digital channels.
• Build guidelines and playbooks for consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Track project performance and report on key metrics to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Set up engagement processes for students, graduates, alumni.
• Scout, test, and scale new channels and platforms.
