Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll lead Meta campaigns, manage client relationships, monitor results, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate across teams to optimize performance, retention, and growth while maintaining a performance-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
