Qualifications

• Six years of relevant, progressively responsible experience, including experience managing others.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing, and motivating team members with varying levels of experience and responsibilities.
• Substantial experience collaborating with operations and business development teams on capture planning.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with operational and technical leaders and influence decisions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, proofreading, writing, and document quality skills.
• Ability to manage processes and department initiatives with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and oversee the strategic direction for marketing and pursuit efforts company-wide.
• Provide leadership for high-profile marketing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and guide SWCA's brand identity across markets and platforms.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Design analytics and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate ROI.
• Set standards for marketing practices and ensure compliance and quality.
• Champion innovation in marketing strategies and pursue technology adoption.
• Develop and mentor the Marketing and Pursuit Resources team.
