Job summary

SOVRA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the TRX Marketing team with administrative, coordination, and project management tasks. You will oversee budgets, timelines, supplier coordination, and QA of materials to ensure on-brand, timely deliverables.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with the TRX Marketing Manager and broader team to drive campaigns, events, and collateral with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2-5 years of marketing coordination or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience tracking budgets, invoices, PO's, quotes, or project expenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support for TRX Marketing.
• Track budgets, purchase requests, invoices, supplier quotes, and approvals.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for collateral, promotional items, and event materials.
• Conduct QA reviews of marketing materials for brand consistency and accuracy.
• Assist with basic design edits and updates to marketing files and trackers.
