Job summary

Trash Butler seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support event-related activities, field sales coordination, and marketing efforts tied to trade shows and branding. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging across external customers and partnerships while tracking ROI and optimizing campaigns.

The role focuses on content creation, social media management, and event coordination, reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience (1+ year) in marketing coordination or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
• Experience in trade show coordination and budget management preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and track the ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to upholding brand standards.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for marketing channels and align with brand standards.
• Trade Show Coordination and Budget Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events, manage budgets.
• ROI Tracking of Events: Develop tracking to measure ROI and identify improvements.
• Social Media Management: Create and execute social media strategies tied to events and campaigns.
• Collateral and Material Development: Work with design teams to produce brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Adherence to Brand Standards: Maintain consistent messaging and visuals with the VP of BD.
