Job summary

Jobrack is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Execution Lead to own and streamline our marketing calendar and execution for a growing e-commerce brand. This remote, full-time role runs 6am-2pm ET and offers autonomy within a small, collaborative team.

You'll manage calendars, coordinate launches, edit paid media content, and support email flows. Prior e-commerce and fashion familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on e-commerce or marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of paid marketing, including how it shapes content editing.
• Experience in consumer goods.
• Ability to own and run a marketing calendar.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
• AI fluency and ability to automate with AI.
• A fashion or clothing background.
• Great design eye and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the marketing calendar, understanding dates and deliverables.
• Support execution on marketing initiatives across Meta, website and wider marketing.
• Handle Shopify and e-commerce work, from launches to QA before live.
• Edit content for paid marketing, including short-form video variations.
• Oversee email marketing and flows over time or supervise the team doing it.
• Proactively coordinate with stakeholders to keep things moving.
• Capture motion and progress to avoid last-minute scrambles.
• Serve as the point of contact for launch handoffs between e-commerce, social, production and marketing.
