Job summary

2hourglass is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own our online marketing across website, Google Ads, Facebook, email, SMS, and reviews. You’ll be the first in-house marketer, working remotely with the founder, starting at 20 hours/week with potential to grow toward full-time.

You’ll manage content, ads, campaigns, CRM sequences, and dashboards, aligning with the founder’s strategy while building a scalable marketing machine in the coming months.

Qualifications

• Copywriting for web, ads, email, SMS and social media.
• Ability to pick up new tools: CRMs, website builders, ad platforms, email tools and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Website performance tracking and optimization across pages and landing pages.
• Coordinate Google Ads and Facebook/Meta ads; brief and manage creatives.
• Plan and run content calendar; post content and respond to comments.
