Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating social media and digital marketing activities.
• Research destinations, accommodations, experiences, seasonal opportunities, and industry updates for use in client-focused content.
• Develop content designed to educate, inspire, and engage prospective and existing clients.
• Support promotional campaigns featuring relevant destinations, experiences, and service options.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients through social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Respond to interest generated through digital marketing and help identify individual client needs and preferences.
• Assist with maintaining a consistent and professional online presence.
• Organize photos, information, promotional materials, and other digital marketing resources.
• Monitor engagement and responses to marketing activities.
• Identify topics, destinations, and experiences that may be of interest to clients.
• Support email and relationship-based marketing activities.
• Assist with referral and audience-development initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of marketing and client outreach activities.
