• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Respond professionally to inquiries generated through social media, referrals, and other outreach activities.
• Communicate with clients to better understand their interests, preferences, and service needs.
• Research and provide relevant information and options based on individual client interests.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication.
• Assist with promoting destinations, experiences, services, and special opportunities.
• Support referral and relationship-based marketing activities.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication across digital platforms.
• Track engagement and outreach activity to identify topics and opportunities generating client interest.
