Job summary

Labels Lab is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands. You will drive campaigns, content creation, deadlines, and lead follow-up while collaborating with design, sales, and leadership to strengthen online presence.

In this fully remote role, you will manage social media, email marketing, CRM updates, and marketing analytics. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with strong organizational and execution skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple brands.
• Coordinate content creation, design requests, and deadlines with the design team.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content, design coordination, and reporting.
• Manage CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales follow-up.
• Monitor Meta Ads campaigns and support paid advertising initiatives.
• Create weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Coordinate projects, deadlines, and ensure timely cross-channel execution.
