You will drive platform strategy, coach engineers and marketers, and partner with Marketing, Product, clients and agencies to scale solutions for 2,000+ users across financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience across digital marketing, marketing technology, web development, or related discipline.
• Experience with HTML and CSS, and the ability to guide web-based development.
• Strong visual judgment and ability to translate design into technical deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Marketing Technology team and platform initiatives.
• Manage campaign development lifecycle across internal and external teams.
