Job summary

Volt is seeking a Marketing Communications Representative to execute marketing communication strategies for assigned product lines and market segments, fully remote from Wilmington, Delaware.

You will translate strategy into clear tactics, coordinate small projects with stakeholders, and support events, digital channels, and sales enablement tools. This role is a full-time opportunity with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in marketing communications, campaigns, or integrated programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear tactics and day-to-day plans.
• Strong project coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with digital marketing, social media, events, and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for events or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marcom specialists to execute strategies for product lines and segments.
• Translate strategy into messaging, tactics, and actionable steps.
• Coordinate small projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Contribute to integrated marketing communications plans.
• Recommend and support a marketing channel mix across digital, social, events, publications, and sales tools.
• Support event and trade show communications, coordinating materials and timelines.
• Prepare presentation materials and campaign updates.
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop assets on time and to standard.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate when needed.
