Job summary

Volt is seeking a Marketing Communications Representative to support strategies for assigned product lines and market segments. You will translate strategy into clear tactics and coordinate timelines with multiple stakeholders in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities include developing integrated plans, managing small projects, coordinating with external vendors, preparing materials, and tracking progress. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in marketing
• 1+ year of relevant experience supporting marketing communications, campaigns, or integrated marketing programs (internship or part-time experience acceptable).
• Ability to translate marketing communication strategy into clear tactics, messaging, and day-to-day execution plans.

• Coordinate with external vendors to develop, refine, and deliver campaign assets on time and to quality standards.
• Resolve routine issues and elevate as needed, working with broadly defined objectives and supportive supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Comfort coordinating with external vendors to develop and deliver campaign assets; able to manage revisions and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed (e.g., for events, trade shows, or team meetings).
• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and procedures quickly; adaptable to changing priorities and last-minute requests

This is a full-time, contract opportunity.

Pay range?:

$ 30.00 to $ 34.89 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
