Qualifications

• Graphic design experience or ability to collaborate with designers.
• Familiar with digital marketing platforms: Hootsuite, Google Analytics, HubSpot.
• Salesforce experience a plus; knowledge of marketing automation beneficial.
• Google certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics for exhibits and conferences; manage registrations.
• Oversee vendor relations, booth builds, and related orders.
• Plan events and meetings, manage contacts, schedules, and mailing lists.
• Produce conference content: graphics, videos, and collateral.
• Handle sponsorships, memberships, and attendance paperwork.
• Create prep sheets and travel itineraries for attendees.
• Manage lead-capture app integration at conferences.
• Support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, ads, website optimization).
• Assist with social media content and calendar management.
• Develop marketing materials with design vendors; ensure brand consistency.
• Create compelling content (case studies, blogs, emails, white papers).
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects.
