Job summary

Glytec is seeking a Marketing Communications & Operations Specialist to turn requests into on-brand, polished materials. You’ll craft short copy, coordinate design, and ensure timely delivery of collateral, emails, and internal announcements.

You’ll collaborate with sales enablement to refresh customer presentations, manage events and trade-show assets, and track projects in Monday.com while coordinating with designers and vendors. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing communications, marketing operations, or marketing coordination.
• Strong short-form writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven ability to manage many projects and deadlines with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; B2B SaaS background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into on-brand marketing deliverables by coordinating copy, design, review and deadlines.
• Write and proofread emails, presentations, one-pagers, website updates, social posts, and internal announcements.
• Coordinate with sales enablement to update customer-facing presentations and collateral; keep the library current.
• Coordinate conference and trade show participation, including registration, materials, shipping, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage projects in Monday.com from intake to completion across designers and vendors.
• Support digital campaigns by coordinating assets and schedules and maintaining Salesforce campaign records.

Remote Full-Time

For 20 years, Glytec has built an insulin and metabolic intelligence SaaS platform that hospitals and health plans rely on to help prevent patient harm and standardize workflows across the continuum of care. As our Marketing Communications & Operations Specialist, you'll turn requests into finished, on-brand work, from sales collateral and event materials to emails and internal announcements. What You'll Do

• Turn marketing and sales requests into finished deliverables, reporting to the Chief Commercialization Officer: take the brief, write the copy, coordinate design, route for review, and deliver on deadline
• Write and proofread short copy for emails, presentations, one-pagers, website updates, social posts, and internal announcements, keeping all messaging on-brand
• Partner with sales enablement to produce and update customer-facing presentations and collateral, and keep the sales resource library current
• Coordinate conference and trade show participation, including registration, booth materials, shipping, deadlines, and post-event follow-up
• Run projects in Monday.com from intake to completion, tracking tasks, owners, and deadlines across internal teams, designers, and vendors
• Support digital campaigns by coordinating creative assets and schedules and maintaining campaign records in Salesforce

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing operations, or marketing coordination
• Strong short-form writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proven ability to manage many projects and deadlines at once with close attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially marketing within a regulated environment (healthcare technology, medical device, or similar); a B2B SaaS background is also a plus
