Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the product manager with drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for payments service changes.
• Gather context from multiple stakeholders and prepare materials for provider meetings.
• Learn SQL to query payment data and support dashboards tracking payment performance.
• Maintain internal documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and processes.
• Participate in Agile meetings and liaise between tech and business teams.
